Day 52: Deload Swing
Bringing you back to the swing.
This week is the perfect time to learn. It is an amazing movement with numerous applications and benefits. My favorite load is the kettlebell without a doubt, but dumbbells work, too. Anything with a handle - like a ruck (backpack), small sandbag, or….unloaded and done “naked.” {see below}

I intend to be slow and smooth with 24 kg (53lb) kettlebell working on pure form

Always remember, the load instrument does not matter - kettlebells, sandbags, dumbbells … Just note it.
