10 rounds. 3 pushups every :30
Some people stay on their knees for these. Some people try to stay in the plank the entire time. All just different approaches.
Time Domain
3 Rounds - you will be performing 11 reps per round
Start the clock
Execute 3 pushups at whatever level you choose
Rest for an entire the remainder of :30
Start again at :30
Perform swiftly, but properly.
Work sets: 00:00, 00:30, 01:00, 01:30, 02:00, 02:30, 03:00, 03:30, 04:00, 04:30
Workout Level Suggestions
Level 1, 2, & 3: All levels perform 3 pushups
Level 1: Knees
Level 2: Traditional
Level 3: Hand-release
Coaches Plan
I plan to stay on the ground the entire 5:00 to maximize the rest, and increase the likelihood of speedier level 2 traditional pushups.
