You choose.

  • 2 reps @ the same weight as Day 47.

  • 10 reps @ 50% weight as Day 47.

  • If doing chair or bodyweight, 50 reps, however you want to split them up, within 5:00.

    • 00:00 Squat (rest the remainder)

    • 01:00 Squat (rest the remainder)

    • 02:00 Squat (rest the remainder)

    • 03:00 Squat (rest the remainder)

    • 04:00 Squat (rest the remainder)

Workout Level Suggestions

  • Level 1: Bodyweight or chair

  • Level 2 & 3: Squats (2 heavy, or 10 light)
