I am looking for the following feedback so far and please do not hold back. I 100% will NOT get offended in any way. My goal is to get better, so I can help make more of us, better:

  • How much are you enjoying the program?

  • Is it helping build movement training as a habit?

  • Do you look forward to the next day’s movements?

  • Are you getting enough instruction?

  • Do you feel like you can move safely?

  • Are you improving?

  • What can I do better?

And anything else you’d like to add.
